Large Outdoor Deck
What we love most about this house! Get a glimpse of the bay and relax on this huge outdoor deck. Kick back and unwind in the casual seating area for four after the beach or dine with friends at the six person dining table with umbrella. Quality outdoor furniture and sunbrella fabrics.
Walk to Town
We are located about 7 blocks to downtown Avalon. You can easily stroll into town for dinner, drinks, shopping or ice cream. Being able to walk to town was a must for us!
By the Bay
This home is located over the 21st Street Bridge in Avalon back by the bay. We are across the street from the bay so you can enjoy bay views from the deck. One block over is the public dock where you can swim and fish at your leisure.

THINGS TO DO
We generally head to the 21st street beach which has lifeguards till 5:00 pm in the season. Boogie boarding is available on 23rd street. Beach tags are required for the season.
Biking at the beach is a must. If your gang can all bike ride, then riding to town and the beach is just a quick ride. You can rent bikes for the week at Hollywood Bicycle at 25th & Dune
Enjoy the bay life. Walk over to the public dock on 22nd street (head towards the 600 block) and jump on in. We love rafting and taking a dip in the evenings.
I know people love shopping in Stone Harbor but I prefer the shops in Avalon. My favorite, The Preppy Palm is open all year round and they carry the best stuff.
The Diving Horse is a great spot for a date night. The Princeton is great for the whole family. We love Circle Pizza...try the Buck Wings, they are really yummy and you can't beat the outdoor seating at the Reeds in Stone Harbor.
Go Fish Mini Golf (24th and Dune)
Island Water Sports (9701 Third Ave, Stone Harbor)
Cape May County Zoo (it's free)
Wetlands Institute (1075 Stone Harbor Blvd, Stone Harbor)
We can only hope that our guests love this house as much as we do.
